Statement of services and participation:

By engaging in an in-person or virtual session with Dr. Curt, please be aware that this is NOT psychotherapy-this is specialty counseling/consultations based on your intake assessments and questionnaires. You will not receive a clinical diagnosis, formal assessment, psychological treatment, or psychotherapeutic analysis. You will receive assessment measures for competencies through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and reports. You will also receive an interactive educational approach to learning, managing, and strengthening your skills to support your own relational, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, mental awareness & wellness which will include resources, tools, and strategies. At any point, if Dr. Curt determines that your situation or current condition exceeds his professional scope of expertise, he will refer you to another specialist immediately. All sessions and information shared between client and provider are confidential. Please understand that no results are guaranteed and there are no refunds for unused, missed, late, and “no-show” sessions. Sessions can be rescheduled with a 24-hour advanced notice only. Any previously scheduled sessions which are canceled by the client under 24-hour notice will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled. All consultations/session programs must be completed within the agreed-upon scope and sequence between client and practitioner. Any unused sessions within a purchased program will not be carried over after 45 days. Dr. Curt’s services do not include emergency service care. If there is an emergency, please call 911.
